In fact, it has been found that loneliness in America today is a threat to mental, physical and emotional well-being. This is an important thing to consider as loneliness at a young age can cause various health implications in later life3.

Fortunately, there are ways to overcome loneliness. These ways could also potentially improve mental health. A study4 found certain effective ways of fighting and eventually overcoming and breaking-free from loneliness.

Of course, regular exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise does not only slows down aging but also protects against depression, boosts memory and give your sex life more stamina.
