  1. I stop smoking about a month ago for a host of reasons, this not being one of them however I have actually been feeling like this for some time now. Because I stopped smoking are my testosterone manufacturing degrees going to return to normal/how can I enhance them normally?

  2. We always have a red wine at home. We love to a little amount of it regularly just to keep the feeling warm especially during cold weather. I used to be a heavy alcoholic drinker, but that was not helpful for either sexually or with my daily activities. All I got was headache…hangovers 🙂

  3. Wow, I’m happy to know that both banana and coconut water are in the list. I pretty much eat banana every day as my snacks. I love its sweetness and it fills me. Coconut water, on the other hand…is my favorite drink in the morning and during the afternoon especially when the weather is hot.
