I do drink a cup of cold brew coffee every morning. It tastes good because I blend my cold brew coffee with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, unsalted/grass-fed butter, which are both healthy fats, and a few times a week I like to add into the mix moringa powder if I want some protein in it.

One thing to keep in mind when it comes to drinking coffee is to drink it black and avoid adding unhealthy additives like sugar, or any kind of artificial sweeteners. If you’re used to drinking coffee with sugar, try to minimize sugar until you can completely drink your coffee sugar-free. Of course, adding the healthy stuff like healthy oils and fats, and cinnamon won’t hurt as it helps make the coffee healthier.
