Let us explore a one minute meditation that can spice up your sex life. When it comes to sex, getting in the mood is essential. With regular practice of this short meditation, you’ll be able to put yourself in the mood and enjoy a more intimate experience.

Get Started In A Few Simple Steps

Here are a few steps to get you started with the one-minute meditation session. Make this a habit and you’ll be able to practice longer meditation sessions in the future.

  • Get into a comfortable position preferably seated with back straight.

  • Breathe deeply and slowly.

  • Put your attention to every inhalation and exhalation.

  • Then, put your awareness in an area just above your pelvis.

  • Direct your breath to this area. In every exhale, imagine that air your breathe is collecting there.

  • In every exhale, imagine you’re blowing this area gently as if you’re blowing a fire to make it glow brighter.

  • Repeat this process several times until one minute.

Don’t be too attached to the one minute mark. If you go beyond one minute, that’s fine. The key is to put your attention on this area with every inhalation and exhalation.

This is about channeling the Qi(chi) or prana, or as we commonly know, energy. It is in this area where the sexual organs sit.

Once you’re comfortable with the one minute practice, gradually extend the time of the meditation practice. If you do this regularly, you’ll realize later you’ve been meditating 5 minutes or even longer.

Moreover, combining regular meditation practice with yoga makes it even more effective. Yoga alone is stress-relieving, helpful in overcoming premature ejaculation and even improving erection quality.

This looks simple and for the uninitiated, first impression, it’s not doing that much benefit. However, the key to reaping its benefits is through consistent daily practice.
