Doing a quick search if B vitamins are beneficial for back pain, it turns out to be true. In one study1 says that vitamin B12 alleviates low back pain.

The efficacy and safety of parenteral Vitamin B12 in alleviating low back pain and related disability and in decreasing the consumption of paracetamol was confirmed in patients with no signs of nutritional deficiency.

However, Dr. Gominak says it’s not just the B12, but the entire range of B Vitamins.

Meditation

Surprisingly, Dr. Gominak also mentions meditation and its mechanism how it provides relaxation to the body. She talks about the nervous system in the body and how meditation increases the level of acetylcholine to balance out cortisol.
